Ingrédients
- 1 turkey thigh
- 25 g butter
- 1/8 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sage
- Salt and pepper
- 6 cloves
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
Préparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Wash turkey and pat dry with paper towel.
- Spread butter thoroughly all over thigh.
- Sprinkle with flour and then rub with salt and pepper.
- Spread sage generously over turkey tigh
- Add water and rest of butter to roasting pan.
- Put turkey into roasting pan.
- Roast at 450° for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°.
- Baste turkey every 15 minutes.
