Thanksgiving Turkey Thighs

Ingrédients

  • 1 turkey thigh
  • 25 g butter
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sage
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple

Préparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Wash turkey and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Spread butter thoroughly all over thigh.
  4. Sprinkle with flour and then rub with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread sage generously over turkey tigh
  6. Add water and rest of butter to roasting pan.
  7. Put turkey into roasting pan.
  8. Roast at 450° for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°.
  9. Baste turkey every 15 minutes.
