Shortbread Cookies
Ingrédients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Méthode
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cream butter for 1 min.
- Add sugar and cream mixture for 2 mins.
- Add flour and salt and mix.
- Roll into small balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten balls with a fork.
- Bake in oven for 8-10 mins.
