Shortbread Cookies

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Méthode

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cream butter for 1 min.
  3. Add sugar and cream mixture for 2 mins.
  4. Add flour and salt and mix.
  5. Roll into small balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten balls with a fork.
  7. Bake in oven for 8-10 mins.
