Ingrédients
- 2 racks of baby back pork ribs
- Chicken rub
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Barbecue sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 3 heaping tbsp of mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp chicken rub spice
Préparation
- Cut off all extra fat from the ribs.
- Rub ribs with chicken rub spice, cover and marinate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Boil ribs in water for 30 minutes.
- Make barbecue sauce.
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan and cook over low heat while ribs are boiling.
- Drain ribs and put in a roasting pan. Cover with barbecue sauce (reserving some sauce) and cook for 40 minutes.
