Pumpkin pie
Ingrédients
2 cups of cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
2 eggs beaten
Préparation
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
To cook pumpkin, boil a large pot of water. Chop pumpkin into equal sized pieces (about 10 cm2). Boil in water until soft. Drain pumpkin. When cool, peel off skin.
Remove crust from refrigerator.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients with a mixer.
Place crust in pie pan. Add pumpkin mixture. Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350°F (180°C).
