Pumpkin pie

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups of cooked pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 2 eggs beaten

Préparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. To cook pumpkin, boil a large pot of water. Chop pumpkin into equal sized pieces (about 10 cm2). Boil in water until soft. Drain pumpkin. When cool, peel off skin.
  3. Remove crust from refrigerator.
  4. In a large bowl mix all ingredients with a mixer.
  5. Place crust in pie pan. Add pumpkin mixture. Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350°F (180°C).
  6. Cook for approximately 45 mins.
