Ingrédients
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon extract or lemon rind
- Sprinkles

Préparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
- Add 1 tsp of water at a time if mixture is too dry.
- Roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Roll out cookie dough until 2 mm thick.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
- Add sprinkles and cook in oven for 8-10 mins.
