Lemon Drop Cookies

Ingrédients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon extract or lemon rind
  • Sprinkles

Matériel

  • Cookie Cutters

Préparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Add 1 tsp of water at a time if mixture is too dry.
  5. Roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  6. Roll out cookie dough until 2 mm thick.
  7. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
  8. Add sprinkles and cook in oven for 8-10 mins.
