Ingrédients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced chorizo
- 2 slices of ham diced
- 2 tsp Cajun spice
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 onion diced
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups risotto rice
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Salt, pepper and Tabasco
- Oil
- 1 litre of water
- 1 bouillon cube
Préparation
- Cut chicken into pieces and mix in spices. Cook chicken in a little oil for 5 mins. Remove from pan and reserve.
- Sauté onion and pepper for 3 mins. Add garlic and cook for another 2 mins.
- Stir in rice until coated.
- Add tomatoes, water and bouillon cube. Bring to a simmer and reduce to a low heat. Simmer for 20 mins.
- Add chorizo and cook for 5 mins.
- Add chicken and diced ham and cook for another 5 mins.
- Add Tabasco as desired.
