Ingrédients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Préparation
- Preheat oven to 350-375°F.
- Cream butter and shortening.
- Gradually add sugar still creaming.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients except chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
- Add to wet ingredients.
- Add chocolat chips.
- Roll into balls and place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten slightly.
- Cook for 8-9 mins.
