Ingrédients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups grated carrots
- Frosting :
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup Tressant
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Préparation
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour large cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 tsp vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients.
- Stir in garrots. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-50 mins.
- Frosting: In a medium bowl, combine butter, Tresana, powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Beat until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Frost the cake when it has cooled.
