Ingrédients
- 500 g pasta
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 3 tsp Cajun spice mix
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion
- 4 small tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Cayenne pepper and parsley for garnish
Préparation
- Cook pasta.
- Toss 1 1/2 tsp of Cajun spice with chicken pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan. Brown chicken and remove to a plate.
- Add remaining oil and butter and cook peppers and onions. Add garlic after a few minutes.
- Add remaining Cajun spice to vegetables. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook for 30 seconds. Remove vegetables.
- Add chicken broth and white wine to frying pan. Deglaze pan and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add cream, whisking constantly, until cream thickens mixture.
- Add chicken and vegetables to sauce, stir until mixture is hot. Add pasta
