Ingrédients
- 1 1/4 cups de farine
- 1/2 cc salt
- 1 1/4 cc de sucre
- 1 cs de levure chimique
- du beurre pour la poêle
- 1 oeuf
- 1 cup de lait
- 1/2 cup de blueberries/myrtilles (éventuellement décongelées)
Préparation
- Mix dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Add blueberries. Combine until just mixed, batter should be lumpy.
- Heat a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop pancake mixture into pan and cook until bubbles form. Flip pancake and cook until brown.
