Blueberry Pancakes (pancakes aux myrtilles)

Ingrédients

  • 1 1/4 cups de farine
  • 1/2 cc salt
  • 1 1/4 cc de sucre
  • 1 cs de levure chimique
  • du beurre pour la poêle
  • 1 oeuf
  • 1 cup de lait
  • 1/2 cup de blueberries/myrtilles (éventuellement décongelées)

Préparation

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.
  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
  3. Add blueberries. Combine until just mixed, batter should be lumpy.
  4. Heat a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop pancake mixture into pan and cook until bubbles form. Flip pancake and cook until brown.
