Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 opened, half full can of beer, room temperature
- Chicken rub
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Préparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Put all dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix briefly with a fork.
- Rub chicken with oil. Sprinkle chicken generously with rub.
- Place chicken on top of beer can. Place on a roasting pan.
- Cook in the oven for at least an hour.
